You’re going to start by taking a moment with your eyes closed to visualize, one at a time, each of your goals / intentions. Imagine it is 6 months or 1 year from now and you are feeling tremendously satisfied with where your intention is at. Notice, what are the feelings, sensations, or images that come to mind?
Once you are finished, choose a color to represent each of your intentions.
Get a journal or a number of blank pages
Write the name of each intention, ideally in its color, on one of the pages (each intention gets its own page).
Now on each page, write or draw words, pictures, symbols or shapes, that evoke a felt-sense of the meaning each intention carries for you, and/or that reflect what it would be like if this intention was deeply realized or achieved.
Put your pages somewhere where you will see them frequently (like taping them to a wall in your bedroom or office). You can add more visuals to each page over time.
