Bio: I practice a form of 1:1 somatic work that I call Somatic Well-Being Practice, otherwise known as self-love coaching. It blends parts work (IFS) with emotional fluidity and learning to fully feel through emotions. Through this practice, clients gradually develop trust in their ability to navigate challenging emotions, which leads to more self-acceptance and an ability to love and nurture oneself. Previously, I was a software engineer.
