In our work together, the relationship we cultivate and the container we create will be the catalyst for your transformation and the unfolding of your innate resources and insight that carry you forward towards your goals and big visions.
My practice integrates eastern wisdom and western neuroscience, blending parts work, embodiment, somatic and imaginal processes, and emotional and energy work. Aletheia (Integral Unfoldment) is my primary orientation, but I draw from other diverse trainings, teachers and practices (The Strozzi Institute, The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Samana Healing, Evolving Ground)
I have a decade of experience in designing, stewarding and facilitating transformative containers for founders and next generation organizations. I also work with organizations to develop participatory and regenerative processes and practices around communication, decision-making and money practices.
