Bio: I hate bios—how do I reduce the multitudes of my ineffable being into mere words? I will try. But I’m not coach, I aspire to Companion — especially those moving through grief, death, and transformation; the dark underworld journey of soul discovery. Perhaps we might companion each other in our inter-becoming.
I used to go by Maggie: Project Manager and productivity nerd who felt the suffering of the world so deeply I tried to control it. For a decade, I worked in non-profits and higher education, attempting to ‘solve’ systems of global poverty and inequality. I eventually realized I was projecting my own unaddressed inner suffering—lifelong patterns of unconscious grief — onto the world outside, trying to ‘fix’ the external to survive the internal.
Then came the initiation. Waves of personal, collective, ecological, and ancestral grief brought me to my knees, ancestors calling me back to my birthplace. I was asked to reconnect with forgotten blood, land, and spiritual ancestors—to RE-MEMBER who I was, and why I came here.
I am currently in the midst of transformation. Maggie is dying, being hospiced into the spirit realm so a more true—perhaps more ancient—being can come through. Their name is jade (she/they), and they have (somewhat begrudgingly) found themselves the source-keeper of the Sacred Grief Collective.
The intensity of grief has surprised me—violently unraveling, writhing, wailing; waves too immense for one body to hold alone. And yet, through it: profound healing, transformation, and TRUTH. Your grief will lead you to the truth. Your grief will reveal your deepest love and longing. This work is not a career change, but a soul calling—and I would be honoured to journey alongside you should your soul too ache in grief, and in longing.
I would love to talk about:
- Endings & Becoming
- Navigating Rupture: Divorce, conscious uncoupling, and the complexities of neurodiverse relationships and attachment styles.
- Identity Death: Name changes, “hospicing” old versions of the self, and the transition into a more true (and ancient) being.
- Grief Work as Soul Work
- Grief as Initiation: Moving through personal, ancestral, and collective loss as a teacher rather than a problem to be solved.
- Lineage & Severance: Ancestral healing, inherited trauma (and longing), and the specific grief of migration and cultural displacement.
- Collective Grief: Witnessing systems breakdown and the intersection of collective grief and social change.
- Communal Tending & Sacred Infrastructure
- The Unseen: Being in relationship with ancestors, spirit guides, Gods, Source; supported by Eastern wisdom traditions & divination tools for discernment
- Space Holding & Tending: Facilitating circles and tending to the scaffolding required for emergent, collective wisdom
- Systems and Soul: Moving beyond “fixing” the world to explore how social justice and systems change might be led by spirit, source, and collective soul intelligence
