Bio: I’ve been running group workshops for 9 years.  Guiding people through growth experiences and learning what they need to be able to grow.  My main focus is working with emotions and how they guide us.  Our emotions tell us what we care about, either by encouraging us towards our passions, fascinations and interests, or by avoiding our fear, our shame, or our overwhelm.  I love working with what makes us uncomfortable and having a better relationship with our whole experience.
