I am most excited to work with female creators and entrepreneurs who would like to do from a place of Being. To put their body and aliveness first and build a lifestyle and a process of creation anchored in the menstrual cycle, seasons and your unique energy patterns.
My work weaves relational practice (circling, authentic relating), somatic & nervous system work and parts work.
In my previous life I was working as a product manager in health startups and built intentional communities.
I create self-paced resources for women on my website and offer 1:1 coaching work.
